BIOME OVERHAUL UPDATE
(i made this changelog while developing this time, instead of after)

Additions
 - ASTRAL BIOME COMPLETELY REVAMPED
    Biome is now 3 times larger
    Biome now also spread via infectious meteorites
    Meteor itself nolonger infects block
    Meteor now also spawns when killing Astrum Aureus if 1: there is no meteor nearby and 2: You have defeated Astrum Deus
    New astral monolith structure
        no... i didn't add the astral beacon. a book containing the official lore of the biome takes its place
    New astral... cave?
        just a winding cave generated with the biome, contains some weapons from the astral infection
    Only spawns ONCE (but everything is renewable!)
    
 - New Particles?
    astral fog
    willowisp
    astral spark
            all three of these will replace the old flame particles

 - New Mobs
    Fusion Feeder
        A sand shark. 
        Rare Drop: Polaris Parrotfish

        An infected spider

        A hivemind of infected swarm hive insects
        drops Stellated Wax if you hit it with shears

        A large humanoid guardian of the stars

        An Infected Whale
        Shoots world slicing laser swords when attacked
        Almost didn't make it in due to animation issues
        Rare Drop: Blazar
        Replaces Atlases underwater as it also drops the titan heart

        Spawns Astralacnea, Stellar Culex, Hives, and Atlas 
        (Shhh, i know that Atlases shouldn't spawn here... but you see... i don't care, also its kinda nessessary because this can technically be a surface biome)
    Desert
        Made up of sands
        Spawns Fusion Feeder, Mantis, Sightseer, Astral Slime, Atlas
    Aquatic
        Underwater
        Fusion Feeder, Cetus

Changes
 - Datapack renamed to 1.17+ because this is the version I know it works best on... and 1.16 has a lower performance, more bugs, and 1.17 inconistancies
 - Astral slime staff made 2x as common to account for new spawning system
 - New Textures for:
    Quasar
    Starcore
    Stellar Culex and Fusion Feeder. (old models and texures still exist)
 - New Textures if you decide to upgrade some tools to netherite teir 
    Astral Ingot Armor set --> Astral Armor based on Calamity 1.2 
    Astral Ingot Tool set --> Astral Tools based on Calamity 1.2 
    Quasar --> Shattered Sun
    Astral Scythe --> custom laser scythe
    Titan Arm --> Titan Arm with color scheme of Calamity 1.2 Astral Meteor
    Gravistar Sabaton --> Gravistar Sabaton with color scheme of Calamity 1.2 Astral Meteor
 - Adrenaline now doubles attack speed instead of adding +3 attack speed (thus making the new titan arm not completely broken) 
 - Starfall "lore" text changed 
    No longer mentions rightclick to be consitant with most other rightclick items
 - Starcore now crafted with a titan heart instead of 3 stardust
    now: 1 titan heart + 2 iron + 4 Aureus cells
 - Astral Material Notebook updated
 - Astral Meteor now spawns 200-350 blocks away... or... north... it only spawns north for some reason... (was this always a problem?)
        Don't worry... the biome is now so big and unique that you can't miss it as long as you just look around (it may properly generate while you are looking and cause lag)
        ... also ill admit. i didn't actually want to check how far away it originally spawned... i just made up the number.
 

Buffs


Nerfs
 - Old astral mobs made to have less health
        Mantis 30 --> 22
        Sightseer 20 --> 15
 - Astral Meteor drops reduced from 10-25 ingots to 6-12 ingots

Bugfixes
 - Starlight Fuel Cell no longer lets any item in your offhand build and activate adrenaline
 - Astrum Aureus's lasers no longer bug out when attacking over water
 - Starfall no longer bugs when used over water
 - How did i mess up Astrum Aureus's walk animation this bad?... fixed now. Back two legs now raise and lower at the correct time
 - Astrum Aureus No longer dies when another Astrum Aureus is killed. Not that it would happen in normal gameplay.
 - Astrum Aureus No longer creates soul flame particles when it has to find a path behind it. (This was some testing code i forgot to remove)
 - Astrum Aureus now turns properly when not targeting a survival player
 - Custom Effect Potions,like the Astral Injection, no longer activate in creative if you have drank a potion before
 - Astrum Deus's spawn animation no longer breaks at 2.14 million blocks out (now it breaks 0.214 BILLION blocks out!)
 - Recalling the Cosmic Jelly Bean Mount while riding it damaged you, even in creative. This fix was required to fix the next bug.
 - Recalling the Cosmic Jelly Bean Mount while riding it causes no longer causes all astral mobs to vanish. i dont know what was going on here
 - Changed the way Armor Stand Bodies of new entities are Indexed... now uses random numbers instead of just adding all existing ones by 1
        Fixed some entity body deformities that were all too common during testing
        Implimented into Astrum Deus/WormAI indexing
        Also Implimented into the Shift Ability System... which had to be redone anyway
 - Shift Ability System is now no longer garbage (there were so many possible points of failure)


Optimizations
 - Mantis and sightseer now no longer have repeat commands.
 - Mantis uses the new model animation method (properly)
 - bodytp: function that keeps the model with the entity has been made more better
 - Entity AI Index is now more efficient (could be better still... but i don't care... rn)
 - Astrum Deus's Worm Ai has been tweaked again to use more specific @e selectors. I don't think i can make it any more efficient anymore.
 - The additional WormAI datapack included with this main pack has now been reduced to a library
 - Astral Lazers from Astrum Deus/Aureus are now much less laggy.

Extra Notes
1.16 & 1.18 lag?
bugged blazar in outer end? (1.18 testing)
astral meteor only spawning to the north (i think i will keep this)
bossbar freaking out with 2 bosses (at this point, idc)
